Pull on swing skirt with a stretch waistband. Fits all children from about 1 year old to 10 year olds. But we have also made them larger. 

So great, as the littles tend to move around more, and do some spinning to make  the skirt flair out ! Happiness. 

Great with the Sportees children's leggings in regular fabric, or with the fleece leggings for skating class.
